About the Role

As our Product Lifecycle Engineering Lead, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our products maintain their competitive edge throughout their entire lifecycle. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, streamline processes, and elevate our products' quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle support, from concept to retirement
  • Drive product and manufacturing process improvements
  • Optimize product design for cost-effectiveness and manufacturability
  • Reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR) and align with production KPIs
  • Serve as the technical expert for product-related questions across departments
  • Coordinate multi-site product modifications and implementations
  • Deliver product training to internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to product roadmaps and prepare for new R&D project releases
  • Manage engineering change orders and their impact on operations

What We're Looking For:

  • B.S. in Industrial Engineering or equivalent field
  • 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in a similar role
  • Strong expertise in mechanical and electromechanical systems/assemblies design
  • Experience in product evaluation and manufacturing processes
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused individual with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in rebuilding processes, guidelines, and standards for operations
  • LSSBB certification is a plus
  • Experience in performance management and product development is highly desirable
