As our R&D Technician, you'll:
- Collaborate with engineers and manufacturing teams to develop exciting new products
- Create and verify manufacturing documentation for derivative items
- Conduct product evaluations on prototypes and address customer concerns
- Support product change requests and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Assist in developing new processes and training manufacturing teams
The ideal candidate:
- Has a two-year technical degree or equivalent experience
- Possesses strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
- Is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and has excellent interpersonal skills
- Thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
