At Turck, we're looking for a skilled Application Engineer IV to join our team in Plymouth, MN. If you're passionate about solving complex technical challenges and supporting customers with innovative solutions, this role could be perfect for you.
What You'll Do:
- Provide expert technical support to Turck representatives, distributors, and customers
- Develop creative solutions to solve customer problems
- Select Turck equivalents for competitor parts and systems
- Assist in commissioning and troubleshooting Turck products
- Continually expand your knowledge of Turck's product portfolio
- Mentor team members and handle complex support cases
What You Bring:
- 4-year technical degree with 7+ years of related experience, OR
- 2-year technical degree with 10+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve technical problems over the phone
- Experience in technical writing (preferred)
